This is a place for getting back in touch with your sensing & feeling self.


I offer two approaches to support you:


Drop-in craniosacral therapy treatments to help you unwind and nourish your nerves.


And weekly or biweekly somatic sessions to create embodied change at a foundational level. This comes from engaging directly with your autonomic nervous system, and integrating past experiences that may still have a hold on it. We'll increase your ease in moving between moods, and build embodied skills to get you where you're trying to go.

Why focus on the body?

Many of our primary habits and patterns are built in our bodies and nervous systems. These habits and patterns influence important things such as how we experience ourselves, others, how we communicate, and how we show up for our commitments. For this reason, working with your nervous system can go a long way in creating desired change, and is often a missing link for folks who have tried various approaches but can't seem to make progress on a given issue. When we tend to ourselves at this level, we are tending to our root structures, which supports everything above. Making change here means setting into motion new habits and patterns that will shape our futures in fresh and intentional ways.
